We are looking for a client oriented Hospitality Coordinator (m/f/d) 100%

For one of our clients a company specialized in luxury health treatments, we are looking for an organized and client oriented Hospitality Coordinator, who has a hands-on work mentality. In this role, you are responsible to provide tailored concierge and hospitality services to our clients. This includes consulting, advising on leisure programs, arranging client requests ranging from the simple to highly complex ones. It is requested that all applicants have excellent communication skills in English and French, other languages such as German are an important asset. It is important that all candidates have work experience in luxury hospitality and experience in the luxury health sector would be a plus. Your responsibilites:

You are responsible for planning and organizing special requests and activities for clients
Ensuring implementation of service, quality policies and practices
Support the planning and coordination of improvement projects and activities in Geneva
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail and packages
Storing and organizing records, invoices, and other important documentation
Support sales and marketing activities to ensure high occupancy levels of the client villas
Active researching and staying up to date with the newest and exclusive market offers relevant for our clients
Help build positive relations within the team and external partners
As you are going to report to the Geneva Hospitality Manager will take over her tasks when she is absent

What do you offer?

Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management degree
Previous work experience in luxury hospitality and ideally in the luxury health care sector
Excellent knowledge of Geneva and its surroundings for leisure and tourist activities
High organizational and project management skills
A very hands-on, motivated and eager-to-learn personality
Proficient level with digital work tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
Excellent speaking and writing level in English and French, good knowledge of German is an important assed
A driver’s license which allows you to travel between our facilities
Eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss citizenship or citizenship of an EU/EFTA country)
